"REAL ESTATE HAS BEEN MY HOBBY, ONCE AGAIN IT IS MY PROFESSION!"

My family has been in real estate since the early 1900s in California.

I worked as a title examiner just out of college.

I have personally invested in real estate since 1967.

I created, operated and sold five successful restaurants in California.

My hobbies include: Buying and selling real estate, swimming and cooking

I am a member of: Hawaii Island Board of Realtors, East Hawaii Cultural Center, Big Island Wine Society, Hamakua Neighbors, and the Hilo Yacht Club.

It was 1992 when I, with my husband Geoff and my son Greg, came to the Big Island of Hawaii. I immediately fell in love with the Hamakua Coast. Everywhere there were cascading waterfalls, tropical flowers, swaying palms, and crashing waves, each a breathtaking and inspiring view.

It was from my father, a vineyard owner in Northern California, that I first developed an instinctual knowledge and understanding of the importance of agriculture and land values. It is this knowledge that I have utilized daily in my work as a real estate agent since 1993.

My greatest strengths are my knowledge of the land, the islands, and an ability to make and grow relationships based on trust. My clients often become my friends.

I have been described as the type of real estate agent that rises above the crowd. My name stands for quality, and my reputation is impeccable. My goal is to understand my clients' needs and help them find exactly what it is they are looking for. It is imperative to listen.
